Flight was initially delayed one hour, then we were asked to line up for boarding but it took another 45 minutes of standing before we were boarded. We missed our connecting flight, the meal vouchers in Dubai were for vendors that were a) shut down/no longer open and b) of terrible food quality (Mc Donalds!? ) My luggage made it to LA The food quality was poor and the service left a lot to be desired.
I asked for some water and she told me she’d be back.
I waited almost an hour, then called and no one came.
When I called on the second time she came with a cup half full and seemed irritated. They didn’t let me check in early enough to request roomier seats, even if we’d have to pay more given that my husband has knee surgery and needed the extra room.
